Referral Agreement
This Referral Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Rising Sun Solar Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Rising Sun Solar Solutions” or “Company”), and the customer referred to herein as the “Referring Customer.” This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the referral program offered by Rising Sun Solar Solutions.
- Referral Program Overview
a. Rising Sun Solar Solutions offers a referral program to its customers, wherein the Referring Customer has the opportunity to receive a referral reward of $500 (the “Referral Reward”) by referring a friend or acquaintance (hereinafter referred to as the “Referred Customer”) to purchase and install solar panels from Rising Sun Solar Solutions.
b. The Referring Customer must ensure that the Referred Customer signs a valid contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with Rising Sun Solar Solutions for the purchase and installation of solar panels in order to be eligible to receive the Referral Reward.
- Referral Eligibility
a. To participate in the referral program, the Referring Customer must be an existing customer of Rising Sun Solar Solutions and have purchased and installed solar panels from the Company.
b. The Referring Customer must refer a new, prospective customer who has not previously engaged with Rising Sun Solar Solutions or entered into any contractual agreement with the Company.
c. The Referred Customer must be legally eligible to enter into a contract with Rising Sun Solar Solutions and must meet all applicable requirements as determined by the Company.
d. Rising Sun Solar Solutions reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any referred customer and to refuse or disqualify any referral at its sole discretion.
- Referral Process
a. The Referred Customer must provide their contact information, including but not limited to their full name, email address, and phone number, to Rising Sun Solar Solutions by filling out the official referral form provided by the Company or through any other designated referral method.
b. Upon receiving the referral, Rising Sun Solar Solutions will contact the Referred Customer to discuss their interest in purchasing and installing solar panels.
c. In the event that the Referred Customer signs a valid Contract with Rising Sun Solar Solutions for the purchase and installation of solar panels within 90 days from the date of referral, the Referring Customer will be eligible to receive the Referral Reward.
- Referral Reward Payment
a. The Referral Reward will be paid to the Referring Customer in the form of a $500 check or any other method of payment deemed suitable by Rising Sun Solar Solutions.
b. The Referral Reward will be paid within 30 days after the installation of solar panels for the Referred Customer has been completed and all outstanding contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
c. Rising Sun Solar Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, including the Referral Reward amount, without prior notice.
- Limitations
a. The Referring Customer may not refer themselves or any individual residing in the same household.
b. The Referral Reward cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Rising Sun Solar Solutions.
- Confidentiality and Use of Information
a. Rising Sun Solar Solutions will treat all personal information provided by the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
b. The Referring Customer agrees that Rising Sun Solar Solutions may contact the Referred Customer using the provided contact information for the purpose of discussing the solar panel purchase and installation process.
c. Rising Sun Solar Solutions will not sell, distribute, or share any personal information provided by the Referring Customer or the Referred Customer to any third parties without their express consent, unless required by law.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rising Sun Solar Solutions is located and operating in.
b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Rising Sun Solar Solutions and the Referring Customer regarding the referral program and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Amendments
Rising Sun Solar Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes or amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Company’s website or providing notice to the Referring Customer through any other appropriate means.
By participating in the referral program and referring a friend to Rising Sun Solar Solutions, the Referring Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
